二、招聘岗位要求

1. Job Title: Software Engineer (软件开发工程师)

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for working in software product development which is used by our global customers. As a programmer at Trend Micro, you will help to design, develop, maintains, implements and update the code and software modules for our projects & products. You will work with minimal supervision on analysis task. You will participate in the definition of the lifecycle of software process and in code reviews.

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PHD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).

• Good programming experience in C/C++, Java on Windows, Linux or Unix

• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

• Coding skills in Python, Perl, JavaScript, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming are a plus.

• Mobile platform (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile) or Mac development experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English (reading and writing).

• Has a strong passion for innovation. Can see problem in a unique view and come up with creative solutions.

2. Job Title: QA Engineer (软件测试工程师)

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts for complex on-demand and integration and applications. You will be responsible for the testing job for Trend Micro’s product. To provide high quality service, during different phases in the product development life cycle, you have to inspect the requirements, join the design review, create test cases, execute different type of tests by automation or manually.

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PHD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).

• Good programming experience in C/C++ , Java on Windows, Linux or Unix

• Coding skills in Python, Perl, knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming are a plus.

• Network QA knowledge or software testing experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English (reading and writing).  

• Has a strong passion for innovation. Detail oriented and logical thought process. 

3. Job Title: Support Specialist  (技术支持专员)

 Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for handling cases from customers/channels/partners as well as act as escalation point to Trend L2 support engineers, deliver high quality support service to our customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively. You need to identify, investigate and troubleshooting the product/environmental problems, and work closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group. You also will participant in product Testing/Training/On-site Support, maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery.

Requirements:

• BS, MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge and good understanding of Windows/Database/Linux/Networking

• Hands-on experience in complex client/server applications/environment

• Certification on either of the following is an advantage   MCSE    CCNA • Good ability to use English (reading/written and oral) to communicate with stakeholders • Passionate interest in IT and possess initiative to keep up with current IT trends, enjoys working in a challenging environment • Potential to learn and learn from practice

（二）笔试

接到笔试通知后，请按照通知要求持相关证件准时到指定考场参加笔试，笔试内容包括专业内容测试和辅助测评，我们将及时向通过笔试的同学发出面试通知。

（三） 面试

接到面试通知后，请按照通知要求持相关材料准时参加面试；面试分为技术面试、综合面试以及小组讨论，我们将及时通知每轮面试结果。

（四）面试结果

在充分沟通的前提下，本着“双向选择”的原则，签订三方协议，发放offer。

-   笔试时间：

-          9月22日    　第一轮考试

-          10月13日  　第二轮考试

-  面试时间：

-          第一轮面试：9月26日－9月28日

-          第二轮面试：10月17日－10月19日

问题:    趋势科技的总部在哪里?

答:   趋势科技被哈佛商业学院和商业周刊认定为”Trans-national’公司,也就是跨国界的企业， 财务总部在日本，因为趋势科技是日本上市公司, 财务报表在日本定期发布; 营销总部在美国， 而研发中心则分布在中国, 美国, 日本，德国 和台湾地区。 在当今Globalization的形势下，Trans-national公司被认为是可以最有效的利用和整合全球的资源, 为公司开拓全球业务和挖掘人才的跨国界经营模式。

问题:    趋势科技中国是趋势全球哪里投资的?目前的规模如何?

答:   趋势中国是趋势科技美国投资的独资企业.目前在中国有超过600名员工, 其中研发人员有450名，分布在南京,北京,上海,广州和天津5个营运点,其中,中国研发中心在南京.

问题:    与其他跨国公司研发中心相比,趋势科技中国研发中心有什么不同?

答:   1)我们是一个Corporate level的研发中心, 因为我们开发的产品和从事的项目全部是全球性的, 也就是说, 我们研发中心完成的产品是可以让世界上千万人使用的, 而不是单独为中国市场或亚太区.

       2)我们工程师可以接触到公司核心技术和开发流程. 而不是边缘技术或UI的开发或本地化工作.当然,每个人都将接受严格的培训之后才能从事研发工作.

       3)获得国际视野和跨国界项目经验. 中国研发中心许多项目和产品的开发工作都要求与其他国家或地区的工程师合作, 频繁的沟通, 交流, 甚至外派, 不仅提升自身技术水平,更是能积累跨文化的沟通和学习经验, 项目能力和英文能力, 也提升看视野的问题, 这种机会在我们这里是非常普遍的.另外, 还有许多外派到其他国家的工作机会,如美国,日本等, 而且并不限制在公司的工作年限, 也就是说, 刚进来的工程师都有同等机会.

        很多人在跨国企业的研发中心工作, 积累的都是本地项目本地经验, 职位再高也只是Local Manager, 但在趋势科技就是完全不同的体验, 所以我们可以自豪的说, 我们能提供的机会是许多公司没有的.
